黃金年代 60+

"黃金年代 60+ " 是由一群熱愛足球的退休人士於 2025年10月1日， 將 "波友會" (於2018 年成立) 及 "星期五早場" (於2022 年成立) 合拼而成的組織， 目的為增強健康，提高生活質素。通過定期的足球訓練，友賽和不同的活動，從而提升平衡力，體能，技術和情緒管理能力，擴闊社交圈子，促進身心康泰，提高生活質素。

Golden Age 60+

"Golden Age 60+ " is formed by a group of retired football enthusiast in October 1, 2025 from merging "Ball Fans Club" (formed in 2018) and "Friday Morning Show" (formed in 2022) , with the objective to strengthen health and improve life quality. Via regular soccer training, matches and different activities, so as to improve human physical balance, body fitness, techniques and emotional control ability, broaden social circles, enhance both physical and psychological health, as well as improving life quality.
